Kate Moger is Senior Programme Officer on gender issues in International Alert’s Peacebuilding Issues Programme, where her focus is on gender and peacebuilding in South Asia. Kate has worked in INGOs for the last eight years, and holds an MA Applied Linguistics and an MSc Development Management. Prior to joining International Alert, Kate managed rights-based development and emergency programmes for Save the Children in DRC, Southern Sudan and the UK. Kate is an experienced trainer and facilitator, who uses participatory methodologies to support active learning and inquiry. She has extensive experience in the design and delivery of training including: Child Rights and Protection; Diversity; Monitoring and Evaluation; Security Management and Emergency Preparedness and Response.
