Zafarullah Hassim is part of PDI-SL’s international training pool and is a practitioner in the field of conflict resolution peace building with special focus on integrated peace building though community theatre, media and information with a strong amalgamation of change based monitoring and evaluation.

He currently works as a Media and Peacebuilding Specialist in Uganda affiliated with the International Organization for Migration (IOM). He is also currently working with the ‘Information Counseling and Referral Services’ reintegrating ex-combatants in Acholiland and the ‘Karamoja Food Security and Community Stabilization Program’ in Northern Uganda as well as with human trafficking issues affiliated with the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
